We instill strict inspection habits using digital vernier calipers, outside/inside micrometers, bore gauges, and height masters under ISO 9001 and ASME Y14.5 guidelines.

OUR TRAINING APPROACH

Built around how master machinists actually learn.

We combine theoretical fundamentals with extensive live machine spindle time. Every student programs from engineering blueprints, loads raw stock, calculates optimal cutting speeds and feeds, sets work coordinate offsets (G54–G59), and verifies finished parts against micron tolerances.
